A bit about me
Well, I am a wild places and adventure sports photographer. Which means that I am passionate about getting outdoors, camping, caving, getting wet and muddy and photographing the landscapes that I find. Water is a big attraction for me, I love being in, on and under it and am a serial kayak paddler.
I live in London, UK, but the freedom I have by working as a freelancer means I can travel to wilder places regularly and I particularly love south Wales and the Brecon Beacons.
But I also appreciate outdoor urban spaces too and paddle my kayak regularly through central London on the River Thames.
I am a member of the following:
During the past twenty years, my photography has been published by a range of magazines and publications including BBC Focus magazine, the Daily Mail, Daily Telegraph, Land Rover Owner International, the Times etc. and featured in a number of photographic magazines. I am totally passionate about creating awesome imagery for my clients and making stunning prints and wall art.
In 2005, I was awarded a Queen Elizabeth Scholarship (QEST) to do an HSE-approved commercial scuba diving course (Media diver – part 4) with the Underwater Centre at Fort William in Scotland. This qualification is a legal requirement for anyone working as an underwater photographer in the UK using scuba (except for the recreational diving press).
I love working with clients to illustrate magazine features, outdoor guides, websites and blogs and can work with companies to photograph their outdoor gear in action for brochures, advertising, websites etc.

The River Within – London.
The River Within – London, was a solo exhibition and featured photographs of London from the perspective of a kayak.
The photographs were part of a long term project called the River Within, for which I am photographing the Thames from source to sea from a kayak. The River Within.
